The Company operates within the commercial property sector as 'Property Consultants.' Our main activity involves the assessment and evaluation of all property matters, mainly - but not exclusively - for foreign investors.

The Chairman has over thirty-five years experience within this market, and has operated at various levels; for and on behalf of clients, in acquisitions, development appraisal, trading and property dealing.

Previously known as Icon Securities, our practice is client based, with no intermediary activities. As of 1998 our activities branched into the Mobile phone industry with our involvement with Mobikom.

Initially we coordinated professional work - rent reviews, lease negotiations, cost co-ordination, and retail expansion - finally taking over their site acquision program on a non-exclusive basis.

We are acquisition agents and work mainly within the mobile phone industy, acquiring sites - either purchase, lease, or licence to build - which we coordinate with the technical departments of the companies concerned, the radio planners, architects and professional personnel, subject to permissions from the many public bodies, local authorities, and municipalities.
These are mainly for high towers or monopoles, with aerials, microwave repeaters, and metal cabins. Being 'Property Consultants' we also acquire or dispose of telephone offices for the customers concerned.
